This page explains what data we collect when you visit Nexa LAB (https://lab.nexasurlab.org), why we collect it, and the rights you have.

1. Who runs this site

Nexa LAB is operated by NX. For any privacy-related question you can write to contacto@nexasurlab.org.

2. What data we collect

• Browsing data: pages visited, approximate location (country/region), browser, device and referrer. This is collected via Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
• Preferences: language and cookie consent status. Stored locally in your browser.

We do not collect names, emails, addresses or any other personal identifiers, unless you voluntarily send us a message.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

• lang — saves your language preference (es/en). First-party, 1 year.
• nexa_cookie_consent — saves your cookie choice. First-party, browser localStorage.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, only if you accept. Helps us understand which content is useful. IP is anonymized.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer.

4. Third parties

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for traffic analysis, with IP anonymization. We use Google Fonts and Adobe Typekit to load typography. Each one has its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep data

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Local browser preferences last as long as you keep them.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and local data protection laws you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. To exercise these rights write to contacto@nexasurlab.org.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on this page and the date above will reflect the new version.
